3rrm Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Usage

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 3rrm with respect to your use of the platform. They apply to your use of the 3rrm website at 3rrm.win, the Android app available from our download page, the game lobby, sports betting section, fish games, bingo rooms and all other features and services offered under the 3rrm brand.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you are confirming that you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with 3rrm.

If these terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 3rrm, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. 3rrm does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform in a personal capacity as an individual, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be a 3rrm employee, contractor, partner or immediate family member of any of the above.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended account on 3rrm that was terminated due to a breach of these terms.

3rrm reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any point. If satisfactory verification is not provided when requested, your account may be restricted or closed and any balance within it may be withheld pending resolution.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 3rrm at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances within them may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. 3rrm is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account details, including failed withdrawals due to incorrect payment information.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 3rrm support team immediately. Do not share your account credentials with any other person.

Account registration and use of the platform is entirely free. 3rrm does not charge any fee to open or maintain a player account.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 3rrm are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and supported mobile wallets. No foreign currency accounts or conversion facilities are provided.

Deposits are typically credited to your 3rrm wallet within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear after a reasonable period, contact support with the transaction reference for assistance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed quickly, while bank transfers follow standard banking timelines.

• You may only withdraw funds to payment accounts that belong to you personally.
• 3rrm reserves the right to request verification of your payment account before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to any applicable wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus was offered.
• 3rrm is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or banking network after the withdrawal has been initiated from our end.

3rrm does not accept deposits made by third parties on your behalf. Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from your own payment account may be returned and the associated activity reviewed.

05 Betting Rules

Sports betting on 3rrm covers Cricket markets including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic tournaments, as well as Football, Esports and other sports. The availability of markets, odds and in-play betting options may vary depending on the event and timing.

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your bet slip before confirming any wager. Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

• Odds: Displayed odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is accepted. The odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or if the odds were published due to a clear system error. In such cases the staked amount is returned to your wallet.
• Live betting: In-play markets reflect real-time data. There may be brief delays between real-world events and the update of live odds. 3rrm is not liable for bets placed based on information that differs from what occurred in the event due to data feed latency.
• Maximum payouts: Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum limits which may vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed within the betting section.
• Cricket specifics: For Cricket matches that are interrupted by weather or other factors, settlement will follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Matches with no official result will generally be settled as void unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.

3rrm reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, to limit the maximum stake accepted on any given market, or to decline a bet without stating a reason. These measures are in place to protect the integrity of the platform and are applied consistently.

06 Games and Platform Use

The 3rrm game lobby includes slots, fish shooting games, bingo rooms and other arcade-style titles. All games are for real-money play using your PKR wallet balance. There are no free-play modes unless specifically advertised for a particular title or period.

Game results are determined by certified random number generation systems. 3rrm does not manipulate game outcomes. Any perceived patterns in results are coincidental and do not indicate a system fault or unfair advantage.

• You must have sufficient PKR balance in your wallet to participate in any game or betting market.
• Technical issues during gameplay — such as network disconnections — will be handled according to the individual game provider's rules. Interrupted game rounds are generally resolved based on the last confirmed game state.
• The 3rrm Android app and browser platform are provided as-is. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
• Using third-party software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Fish shooting games require active participation and carry real PKR stakes per session. Bingo rooms operate on fixed schedules with ticket prices stated clearly before purchase. Slot payouts are based on the individual game's RTP (return to player) percentage, which is disclosed within each game's information section.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

3rrm may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free game credits and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the point the promotion is offered.

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion details.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Creating accounts or making deposits solely to extract bonus value — commonly referred to as bonus abuse — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• 3rrm reserves the right to withdraw or alter any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require it.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering, the decision of 3rrm is final.

Promotional offers are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold or shared. If a bonus is credited to your account in error, you are obliged to notify support immediately rather than attempting to wager with it.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3rrm and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or glitches, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through platform transactions.
• Depositing funds using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geo-restriction or account limit put in place by 3rrm.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing communication with 3rrm staff or other platform users.

3rrm monitors platform activity and transactions on an ongoing basis. If suspicious behaviour is detected, your account may be placed under review and access temporarily restricted while the matter is investigated. We cooperate with relevant authorities where legal obligations require us to do so.

09 Responsible Gaming

3rrm is an entertainment platform and gaming should always remain enjoyable. We actively encourage all players to approach gaming with a clear budget and time limit in mind before each session. Never play with money you cannot afford to lose, and never use gaming as a way to recover financial losses from other areas of life.

If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming difficult to control, we encourage you to:

• Set a deposit limit or session time limit using the tools available in your account settings.

10 Privacy and Data

We collect information such as your name, contact details, payment information and gameplay data for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, security monitoring and improving platform performance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and in certain circumstances to request deletion of your data, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations to retain certain records.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

3rrm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable account information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion.
• Failure to provide requested identity or age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Requests from the account holder to close their own account.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted via the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach is involved, any remaining PKR balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after standard verification.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 3rrm support team. Once closed, the email address associated with that account may not be used to register a new account without prior approval from 3rrm.

12 Limitation of Liability

3rrm provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a stable and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times.

• 3rrm is not liable for losses arising from technical faults, network outages or third-party payment provider delays that are outside our direct control.
• We are not responsible for any loss of winnings, missed bets or game interruptions caused by your own device, internet connection or software environment.
• Any liability on the part of 3rrm is limited to the PKR amount directly involved in the disputed transaction or event.
• We accept no liability for indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability in ways that would not be permitted under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence on our part.

13 Changes to These Terms

3rrm may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via their account contact details.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a revised version of the terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss account closure if required.
